Spring Newsletter 2022

Thank you to everyone who helped with our recent work day.

We appreciate your help!  Our remaining 2022 work days are scheduled for:

Saturday, June 25th

Saturday, October 1st

Sewer System – At our October 2021 annual meeting we shared that we needed to replace the two pumps at the lift station and that Obrist Plumbing installed one of their pumps as a temporary measure to keep our system running until the new pumps arrive.  Unfortunately, the new pumps have not been installed as we are still waiting for parts.  Obrist Plumbing is hoping to have all of the needed parts in the very near future so that they can move forward with the installation.  Since the annual meeting our lake association has secured a $40,000 line of credit from Pinnacle Bank for this expense.  We will keep everyone informed when the pumps are installed, as well as the cost for this repair….
