Your board of directors hope everyone had a blessed holiday season. 2019 looks to be a busy year, and we have begun to roll up our sleeves and get to work on improvements to Lot 33 beach and retaining wall improvements, street repairs and landscape projects. Once the weather turns warmer, we will do a walk around and list and prioritize other projects and maintenance. If you see anything that needs attention, please let one of the board members know.
You should have received your 2019 assessment, and our board is happy to deliver no increase in the annual lot assessment. We continue to maintain a conservative budget, in no small part due to residents volunteering many hours for our lake. If any resident, new to Clear Lake or a long term resident, want to offer their expertise, equipment, etc., please contact any board member.
With the new year, the board chose to bring back the quarterly newsletter. Longer term residents will find much of the content a reminder, and new residents will learn about how things work around the lake. This letter will be hand delivered and emailed, as well as uploaded onto the clearlakeassociation.com website. We hope this newsletter is of value and if anyone wants to contribute content, please contact one of the board members or Tony Kresha.
