Winter February 2021

Your board of directors hope that you are enjoying a safe and healthy start to 2021. Even though the weather is bitter cold, it is nice to see that ice fishing has started. Once the weather turns warmer, the board will start to prioritize projects and maintenance tasks to accomplish this year. If you see anything that needs attention, please let one of the board members know.

You should have received your 2021 assessment, and our board is happy to deliver no increase in the annual lot assessment. We continue to maintain a conservative budget, in no small part due to residents volunteering many hours for our lake.

With the new year, the board chose to bring back the quarterly newsletter. Longer term residents will find much of the content a reminder, and new residents will learn about how things work around the lake. This letter will be emailed, as well as uploaded onto the clearlakeassociation.com website. We hope this newsletter is of value and if anyone wants to contribute content, please contact one of the board members or Jackie Herink.
